For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and ATM/debit cards. We also provide our patients with the option of financing plans available through HELPCard and CareCredit.
We gladly extend discounts for our senior patients and for those who pay in full at the time of their treatment.
After your initial exam, you will be provided with a proposed treatment plan, which will include a breakdown of all applicable fees.
We are happy to file insurance claims for you and to help you receive the full benefit that you are entitled to. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your care. You are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us within 30 days of your visit to avoid finance charges.
Our office is committed to helping you obtain your maximum insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Please remember that dental insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
All co-pays are due in full at the date of service unless other arrangements have been previously made. If you do not have insurance, your balance is due in full at the date of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.
